SERVICES - PROFESSIONAL (Rent & Lease Renewals / Valuations)

We are able to provide Valuations for a variety of needs including Loan Security / Mortgage, Probate, Insurance, Capital Gains and Taxation and Formal Accounts purposes in relation to Commercial, Industrial and Residential property.

We are able to provide RICS compliant Valuations for an assortment of purposes and regularly carry out Valuations for Accounts, Matrimonial, Tax, Estate Planning and for a variety of other reasons. We also provide Valuation services to SIPP and SSAS providers, Loss Adjusters, Receivers and Liquidators. All of our Valuations are carried out by Fully Qualified staff at Director level, all of whom have over 10 years post qualification experience in Guildford and the surrounding areas.

We are also able to assist in relation to Rent Reviews and Lease Renewal negotiations; most Commercial Leases incorporate provision for Rent Review, the implications of which need to be fully understood. We act on behalf of both Landlords and Tenants and are able to assist in relation to Reviews, Renewals and associated Landlord & Tenant legislation affecting Commercial property.
